Gecco Power and Venteon Boost

Laser Quantum has added two new products to its Gecco and Venteon femtosecond oscillator ranges: the Gecco Power and Venteon Boost. Both products have been designed to maximise output power and pulse energy, surpassing the values achieved by any other Gecco or Venteon laser models.

The Gecco Power is a fully equipped, compact femtosecond laser in a sealed enclosure. Designed for simple installation and system integration, Gecco oscillators feature a highly compact, vibration resistant laser head with a finesse pure 532nm laser as the integrated pump source, and a separate fully featured control unit. With an average power of >1W and a <20fs pulse duration, the Gecco Power is well suited to Raman spectroscopy and microscopy, and amplifier seeding. Repetition rates between 70-110MHz are available, with optional repetition rate locking to an external source.

The Venteon range of few-cycle pulse femtosecond lasers feature stable performance with minimal intervention, an integrated pump laser, and measured pulses approaching the transform limit. The pulse energies for the Venteon Boost are greater than 11nJ, and the average powers are larger than 900mW – the highest values delivered by a Venteon oscillator. The Venteon Boost gives a Fourier-transform-limited pulse duration of <10fs and is ideal for applications such as two-photon microscopy, ultrafast time-domain spectroscopy and ASynchronus Optical Sampling (ASOPS).
