Beat Ruhstaller is a professor at Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Chairman, CEO and founder at Fluxim, which delivers software and hardware tools designed for advancing OLEDs, display technologies, batteries, and solar cells.

According to his IEEE profile, he was involved in OLED modelling at the IBM Almaden Research Center, San Jose, CA, USA, as well as in OLED display technology development at the IBM Zurich Research Laboratory, Rüschlikon, Switzerland.
