BRO to distribute CAD optical software

Share this on social media:

Breault Research Organisation is to distribute SolidWorks’ 3D Modelling Engine with CAD-interoperable optical software products.

BRO itself produces the ASAP Optical Software package. The distribution agreement is a move to unite optical simulation features with the CAD visualisation and modelling tools used in industry.

BRO had an existing agreement with McNeel and Associates to sell its Rhinoceros NURBS Modelling package. While it will no longer include Rhinoceros products, the ASAP IGES format shall remain in place to maintain existing interoperability.
