Laser Physics UK and Spectronix Corporation (Osaka, Japan) have entered into an agreement for Laser Physics to market Spectronix's products within the UK and Ireland. Spectronix manufactures ultra compact DPSS Q-Switched high power laser systems. These lasers are suitable for industrial applications such as: scribing for thin film photovoltaics, micro welding, laser trimming, marking, biophysics, drilling, and surface treatments.
Spectronix's LVE-G0300 is a 3W, Q-switched, 532nm system with excellent beam quality (TEM00, M2 < 1.15) in a package size of 216.5 x 100 x 48mm. The unit has been designed with high reliability in mind and can withstand harsh operating environments.
