Antoine Dubrouil is the CEO of ultrafast metrology specialist Femto Easy, a firm which released the world's smallest single-shot autocorrelator – the µ-ROC (row optical correlator) – in 2023. 

“The most surprising thing,” Dubrouil says, talking about the µ-ROC, “is that it’s possible to build a device the size of a golf ball to measure the duration of a femtosecond laser pulse. It’s a real breakthrough in the field!”
