Protective Windows

Share this on social media:

Laser Components is offering inexpensive protective windows, which can be used to protect high-quality optics against material splatter while cutting, welding, and engraving. They have a surface figure of 1 L and scratch-dig 60-40.

The protective windows are coated with an anti-reflection (AR) coating for the laser beam. They are commonly used with YAG lasers, emitting at 1064nm, although AR coatings at other wavelengths are possible. In addition a visible AR coating can be added to improve the transmission of the pilot beam. The protective windows are manufactured from BK7 or quartz, depending on the power density of the laser.

Laser Components provides protective windows for various well-known laser manufacturers.
