Laser Components is distributing Omega Optical’s latest microscopy filter sets. The QuantaMAX filter sets are manufactured using energetic process refractory ocide coating technology. The highly stable, hard-surface coatings are protected from mechanical abrasion resulting in a longer life for the components. They are high-transmission, and provide excellent results in fluorescence microscopy applications.
Notable features include a high signal-to-noise ratio, spectrally stable coatings, sharp transitions from stop-band to pass-band and hygrophobic photon maximising.
