AMS Technologies, a specialist in solutions and components in optical technology, thermal management and power technology, has acquired neoLASE, a manufacturer of high-brilliance, diode pumped, solid-state lasers.

AMS said the acquisition will amplify its engineering expertise and customisation capabilities for DPSS lasers, electronics and cooling solutions, enabling it to offer all-in-one photonic system solutions.
