Deutsche Messe Hannover and the IVAM Microtechnology Network in Dortmund are to host a laser technology centre stage at the MicroTechnology trade fair, which forms part of the programme at Hannover Messe on 21-25 April 2008.
Deutsche Messe is teaming up with the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology (ILT), the Hannover Laser Centre (LZH) and LIMO Lissotschenko Mikrooptik to create the special themed display area ‘Lasers for Micro-Materials Processing’. The display forms part of the IVAM product market ‘Micro, Nano, Materials’ and profiles innovative methods and laser applications for high-precision miniaturised production.
On 23 April 2008 the ‘Innovations for Industry’ forum will be hosting a dedicated theme day focusing on laser technology applications for micro-machining. The forum is part of the IVAM product market and is the MicroTechnology show's central communication platform.
