LED manufacturers Seoul Semiconductors and Osram have signed an agreement to share the patented designs of their white and visible LEDs with each other. The agreement will pave the way for closer collaboration in developing new products.
mut has become a joint stock company, with more than one million shares sold at the German Stock Exchange at the beginning of July. The founding partners of the company own a majority of the shares, with 30 per cent available for open trading. The founders have now been appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board and head of the Executive Technology Committee, and will still lead the direction of the company.
