Crystal Fibre has filed a lawsuit against Fianium at the UK High Court of Justice Chancery Division alleging for infringement of Crystal Fibre's intellectual property related to the Nonlinear Photonic Crystal Fiber technology used in supercontinuum generation. The Parties had for some time been trying to reach an amicable solution to the dispute.
