RedShift Systems has appointed Armstrong Optical as its distributor in the UK and Ireland.
RedShift is a US company that produces low-cost thermal imaging systems. It has recently benefited from developing ideas from the telecommunications industry, with most of its products using its own Thermal Light Valve (TLV) technology.
One of its most recent products to benefit is the RedShift 1160 – a long wavelength IR camera engine that provides a cost-effective alternative to microbolometer, amorphous silicon and ferroelectric sensors.
