Lake Shore Cryotronics has released the latest range of cryogenic micro-manipulated probe stations. The line will be distributed by Elliot Scientific.
The streamlined product portfolio includes table-top, superconducting and electromagnet-based, full 4-inch wafer and closed cycle refrigerator based probe stations. The innovative designs provide greater flexibility and expandability by providing in-field upgrade paths, ensuring probe stations keep up with demanding and ever changing research requirements.
The table-top series offer high performance at low cost with a compact footprint. Up to six micro-manipulated probe arms are operable from 4.2K (3.2 K as an option) to 475K and optical access through the sample stage allows for back illumination and facilitates optical transmission experiments.
