Ibsen Photonics has announced the new Eagle Raman-S spectrometer platform for OEM supply to manufacturers of analytical instruments.
The Eagle platform consists of high throughput, robust and high resolution spectrometers, suited for OEM integration into weak intensity Raman solutions at 785 or 830nm excitation. It combines high resolution with high sensitivity and flexibility in choice of detector system. Due to its robustness and thermally stable operation, the Eagle Raman-S spectrometer is particularly well suited for industrial process control instruments.
The spectrometer provides a low stray light level and high efficiency due to the use of Ibsen Photonics' in-house produced wide bandwidth transmission gratings. Optical resolution can be as good as 4 cm-1 and the wavelength range of 800–1100nm enables 200–3650cm-1 Raman range with a 785nm laser. Eagle Raman-S series can be equipped with either a -10°C cooled BT-CCD or a -60°C LDC-DD cooled camera.
