High Q Laser introduces the ultra compact femtoRegen UC (Ultra Compact) – an all-in-one femtosecond regenerative amplifier – delivering 2W power at a 200kHz repetition rate with 350fs pulse duration on a footprint of 34 x 78cm. The system presents industrial reliability and robustness and can be customised for medical, industrial and scientific applications.
The amplifier is based on Yb-doped laser materials for future power and repetition rate scaling. The pump laser diode modules, seed oscillator and amplifier are integrated in a single ultra-compact housing.
The UC seed oscillator operates with nominal pump current and is based on High Q Laser’s patented resonator folding technique. It is very robust and can withstand a 50g shock.
