Holo/Or innovation has improved the performance of its Homogenizer diffuser product line.
These diffusers are designed to generate a well-defined beam shape, square or round or any other, whichever the user chooses. The beam’s would also have a statistically uniform intensity profile. The diffusers can work with either SM or MM laser beams. But incoherent mode overlap will increase the output’s homogeneity, making the Homogenizer product a solution for homogenized multimode beams.
For SM lasers, the top-hat product line remains a solution for absolute pixel-to-pixel beam uniformity. The Homogenizer series can be designed for a large range of diffusion angles and for any wavelength in the ultraviolet 10.6um spectrum. Other features include high damage threshold and high tolerance to misalignment and input beam quality.
