Available through Laser Components, Judson has developed its InGaAs detectors so the standard J22 series is available with active areas from 40µm to 5mm.
Furthermore, there are four extended InGaAs detector versions of the J23 series with edge lengths of 1.9µm, 2.2µm, 2.4µm, and 2.6µm. The J23 series has active areas from 250µm to 3mm. Both J22 and J23 series are available with Peltier coolers. The operating temperature of the detectors ranges from ‑55°C to +60°C. Raw chips are also available.
