Oria IR Ti:sapphire-pumped femtosecond OPO

Radiantis has released the Oria IR, a sealed, hands-free and fully automated femtosecond OPO that offers wavelength coverage with high average power in the near- and mid-IR. Compatible with standard femtosecond MHz Ti:sapphire oscillators, it is suited to non-linear microscopy applications where short pulses, high beam pointing and high power stability are required in the IR.

The Oria IR is a femtosecond OPO, pumped by a mode-locked femtosecond Ti:sapphire oscillator, which offers broad tunability in the near- and mid-IR. Independent tuning of the pump wavelength across 720-810nm, and the signal wavelength across 1000-1580nm, is provided through two separate pump and signal output ports

A sealed system, it does not allow user access to the internal cavity. Hands-free operation is guaranteed, with manual alignment of the OPO not required. Tuning across the range can be readily achieved within a few seconds, by controlling the system exclusively via a simple and dedicated PC-user-interface.

It is a USB-compatible and compact system formed by a single optics unit (703 x 395 x 192mm), which does not require additional bulky external units such as chillers or MRU air recirculators.
