Silicann Technologies has released a new control unit for the PCS series of colour sensors. The stand-alone unit allows parameters to be controlled in an easy-to-understand interface similar to standard PC software.
The PCS-Control Box communicates with the colour sensor via a RS232 interface. Illustration and adjustment of the parameters are made via a three-line illuminated LC-display with 16 characters in each line and six illuminated keys. Although it is usable with all devices of the PCS-series, the PCS-Control Box is primarily intended for the PCS-II.
