Spectra-Physics introduces a family of one-box, ultrafast amplifiers with the industry’s highest energy and power.  Pumped with the recently introduced Ascend high power pump lasers, the new Solstice Ace features high energy of >7 mJ and high power of >8 W with pulse width configurations covering the <35 to <120 fs range and 1 to10 kHz capability.  Built and tested for stable, long-term operation, the new Solstice Ace is perfect for multidimensional spectroscopy and other advanced research applications.

The new Solstice Ace one-box regenerative amplifiers are pumped with the new >60 W Ascend high power green DPSS pump lasers.  The new amplifiers output >7 mJ pulse energy at 1 kHz, >8 W output power at 5 kHz and >7 W at 10 kHz repetition rate with pulse width configurations from <35 to <120 fs.  Subjected to rigorous quality standards and reliability tests, Solstice Ace demonstrates long-term stable performance with low noise and day-to-day reproducibility.  Long-term stability is guaranteed over a 10°C temperature range to ensure reliable data collection.  Spectra-Physics’ patented Ace cavity provides superior beam quality and stability for driving optical parameter amplifier (OPA) systems with M2 <1.25.
