Laser Lines has announced that Gentec-EO has launched a sensitive high-power detector that can handle up to 2500W of average power.
The UP55C-2.5kW-HD measures both very low and very high powers, thanks to a noise level of just 200mW and a maximum measurable power of 2500W.
It is also the fastest high power detector available from Gentec, presenting a rise time of only 3.5 seconds when using one Gentec’s power monitors, such as the Maestro.
Gentec says the UP55C-2.5kW-HD is very compact for its power capacity (only 48mm deep) and is the most affordable high power detector on the market.
