MPB Communications has expanded its VFL-P Series of compact fibre lasers with three new lines offering wavelengths of 514nm, 628nm and 642nm, to complement its existing 560nm, 580nm and 592nm models.
These CW fibre lasers are offered in a modular package and feature adjustable user controllable output power from 40mW to 200mW. All devices feature narrow linewidth, diffraction limited, linearly polarised output with a wavelength stability of 0.02nm, and a wavelength accuracy of 0.5nm. Integrated fans for thermal handling and user-friendly GUI make these lasers literally 'plug and play'.
Applications include fluorescence microscopy, ophthalmology, spectroscopy, medical biotechnology and laser sintering.
