Yenista Optics a leading manufacturer of fiber optic test and measurement equipment is pleased to announce the opening of a Sales Support and Repair Center in Newbury Park, California. The office will support the growing demand for its test equipment from semiconductor manufacturers developing silicon photonic technologies as well as the DWDM telecom industry.
Yenista is now well known for its Tunable Lasers, Tunable Filters and its optical component test systems. Its latest product, an Optical Spectrum Analyzer has been a game changer; providing extremely fast, high resolution analysis with a modern, easy to use interface.
The office will be headed by Lawrence van der Vegt who brings 25 years’ experience in the fiber optic industry. Lawrence was previously the Test Instrument Division Manager at Ando (now Yokogawa) and held senior positions in Sales & Marketing at Rifocs, a Greenlee Textron company, and 3M Photodyne.
