Andres Fabián Lasagni’s research focuses on the development and optimisation of laser-based techniques for a wide range of applications. This includes surface microstructuring for surface functionalisation, aiming to enhance process throughput over 1 m²/min.
One of the most exciting projects he is coordinating is the CLASCO Project (Climate Neutral and Digitised Laser-Based Surface Functionalisation of Parts with Complex Geometry), funded by the European Union's Horizon Europe programme.
