World-first back-contact micrometric photovoltaic cells developed

The University of Ottawa, in collaboration with the Université de Sherbrooke in Quebec, and the Laboratoire des Technologies de la Microélectronique in Grenoble, France, has successfully manufactured the world's first back-contact micrometric photovoltaic cells.
