Illinois Tool Works (ITW) has acquired photonic component manufacturer Cal Sensors. The move will expand its product range with Cal Sensor’s IR detectors and emitters.
Cal Sensors will continue to operate as an independent company, but will benefit from ITW’s technical resources to help keep up with customer demands and advances in technology.
