CVI has completed its acquisition of Melles Griot from Barloworld Scientific
The two companies will now be known as CVI Melles Griot and will operate under one management team. It will be organised into two business units: Lasers and Optics and Photonic Products.
The acquisition will allow CVI Melles Griot to bring the design, manufacturing, assembly and testing of photonic products together under one roof, to provide highly integrated optical systems.
