ScatterMaster has appointed Lambda Research as its worldwide distributor for its ScatterScope3D scatterometer.
ScatterMaster's president and principal designer, Dr John Stover, is well known in the metrology and scatter measurement community as the author of the text 'Optical Scattering Measurement and Analysis', the authoritative book on surface scatter measurement. Dr Stover has taken his years of experience taking scatter measurements and incorporated this experience into the ScatterScope3D design to make it portable (shoebox), fast (typical measurements in less than 1 minute) and easy to use.
