Laser 2000 has grown its industrial photonics sales team with the addition of Wolfgang Bauer and Peter Scheyerer.
Bauer studied precision mechanics at the FH Munich, with a focus on optics and medical engineering, before working to develop scanning systems at GSI. For the last 12 years he has been responsible for sales of laser systems at variety of companies, including Synrad, Rofin Baasel and Trumpf. At Laser 2000 Bauer will serve as an expert for customer advice and sales of laser diodes, solid state lasers and precision optics.
Scheyerer studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, with a focus on ecologically compatible energy systems, environmental technology and biotechnology. At Laser 2000 Scheyerer will advise customers on optics and optomechanics, simulation software, programmable light sources and motorised components.
