nLight names general manager for its Fibre division

nLight has appointed Heikki Ihalainen, a veteran in the fibre optic industry, as general manager of its Fibre Division in Lohja, Finland.

Ihalainen was most recently with Nextrom Oy, a major fibre optic equipment manufacturer, and spent 13 years in fibre development and manufacturing with Nokia Cables and NK Communications.
