Ocean Optics. has acquired the Oerlikon Optics business unit in Golden, Colorado. Under terms of the agreement, Oerlikon will be fully integrated into Ocean Optics’ Thin Films Division.
Oerlikon Optics USA is a supplier of custom optical components and subassemblies. Its US operation in Colorado, including plant assets and customer and supplier relationships, will be transferred to Ocean Optics and become part of the latter's Thin Films Division.
