Panel forum to discuss state of photonics industry at Photonex

Electro Optics will be hosting a panel discussion forum on the state of the photonics industry at this year's Photonex event at Stoneleigh Park exhibition halls, Coventry, UK. Chaired by Dr Tom Wilkie, editor-in-chief of Europa Science, which publishes Electro Optics, the discussion will draw on the expertise of a panel of industry professionals to look at how optical technologies can combat the recession and move forward in the future.

The discussion takes place on Wednesday 14 October at 5.15pm, with the panel composed of Dr Thomas Kessler, vice president of European operations at Edmund Optics, Germany; Benno Oderkerk, co-founder and technical director at Avantes, The Netherlands; Graham Rothon, managing director at Pacer International, UK; Alastair Wilson, director of the Photonics & Plastic Electronics Knowledge Transfer Network, UK; and Dr Detlev Wolff, head of sales and marketing at Jenoptik Laserdiode, Germany.
