US exhibition and conference Optifab is to take place on May 14-17 at the Rochester Riverside Convention.
The event, which focuses on the manufacturing of optics, will include technical conference sessions, commercial presentations, and courses. These will cover topics such as: the design of optics; optical materials science; automated fabrication; injection moulding, glass moulding, lithographic processing and chemical etching; and coatings.
More than 175 exhibitors will showcase their metrology equipment, components, materials and laser systems. The event is organised by SPIE and the American Precision Optics Manufacturers Association.
