Dilas has released a range of high-power vertical diode laser stack arrays. These devices are available in wavelength ranging from 630-1900nm with output power up to 100W CW per bar.
The vertical stacks are designed for DPSS lasers, material processing, defence applications, reprographics and medical applications requiring kilowatts of continuous-wave (CW) or quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) laser power in a compact, easy to integrate package.
The water-cooled vertical stacks are available up to 70 stacked bars with collimation for fast-axis and slow-axis configuration. The advanced housing, high-precision optic mounting and online sensoric-testing gives good control and allows all beams to be parallel within +/- 3mrad for reliable operation.
The standard design includes a dust protective, hermetically-sealed housing with an AR-coated window. Several different models are available, with custom solutions upon request.
