Coherent has introduced a new range of fibre-pigtailed (FP) lasers into its portfolio of FP products.
The new Sapphire FP lasers are CW, visible lasers that offer a combination of low noise and output stability. These lasers are available at seven wavelengths (458nm, 488nm, 514nm, 532nm, 552nm, 561nm and 588nm), at output powers of up to 120mW. They are nominally configured with one metre single-mode, polarisation-preserving fibre, terminating in a standard FC/APC 8° connector.
