Jenoptik has introduced a more powerful version of its JenLas D2.mini 2/3W diode-pumped green disk laser, a compact medical laser first introduced in 2010. The new JenLas D2.mini 5/8W offers up to 8W output. The laser is compact in shape, an features optimised beam quality and higher output for applications in medicine, as well as in shows and entertainment. This laser can be used for laser therapy in aesthetics and dermatology.
The company states that the simple integration of the robust laser in various small devices will be of fundamental benefit to its customers.
