Dilas will begin distributing its m2K single emitter diode lasers.
m2K, acquired by Rofin-Sinar in 2007, develops and manufactures semiconductor lasers based on the III-V compounds GaAs and GaSb.
m2K offers tapered amplifiers for use in external cavity and MOPA systems in wavelengths ranging from 755nm to 1064nm providing M2 beam quality as well as, diode laser single emitters in broad-area or ridge-waveguide designs within the 1.8 micron up to 2.4 microns wavelength range.
