Photon has updated its NanoScan beam profiler software, which now operates on the Windows Vista operating system. Photon’s NanoScan beam profiler uses Photon’s proven scanning-slit technique to generate accurate beam profiles to obtain beam size, beam position, M2, and other beam parameter measurements.
Photon will migrate additional instruments in its product line to the Windows Vista operating system this year.
