AMS Technologies has added Swiss supplier Onefive’s ultrashort-pulse fibre lasers to its portfolio, including devices with pulse widths in the nanosecond, picosecond and femtosecond ranges and wavelengths from UV to infrared. Repetition rates of the newly added lasers range from pulse-on-demand up to 1.3GHz and pulse energies from a few nanojoules up to more than 400 microjoules.
Due to their particularly compact, sealed design and air-cooled, maintenance-free 24/7 operation, the lasers are suitable for plug-and-play applications in OEM solutions, as well as research and science. Shock and vibration tested, the systems provide their exceptional spectral and timing features over a temperature range of +10°C to +40°C.
