Laser Support Services is distributing Standa's ST-8MTF-75, an integral X-Y positioning stage that has an accuracy of less than 0.5µm microns with a repeatability of less than 0.5µm. The maximum speed of 10mm per second enables the stage to perform accurate and fast routines, such as automated sampling or microscopic inspections.
Controllers available for this stage can be supplied with either a USB or RS232 interface. Each controller comes with a suite of advanced software tools that can be utilised to control and adjust stepper motors. All software tools operate on Windows 2000/XP/Vista. Library files are also supplied for programming in C/C++, Visual Basic and other languages.
