Rofin has revised its current StarCut Tube generation by fitting a new precision cutting head and a larger working chamber that allows for part removal at any time.
The high-precision cutting head, BAK-MC, allows the user to micro-adjust the assist gas nozzle in the x/y plane without changing the beam guidance.
Offering a width of 600mm, the enlarged working chamber provides enough room for long parts and customer-specific handlings. A drawer allows the user to remove finished parts at any time during ongoing production, even during wet-cutting.
