Laser Components has introduced Wavepower, an instrument that provides an easy way of determining both wavelength and output power of low power lasers.
As a useful complementary tool to the company's laser diode module range, Wavepower offers a wavelength measurement range between 500–900nm. The power measurement range (with automatic range switching) is 10µW–100mW.
Resolution is 0.001mW/0.01mW/0.1mW (depending on measurement range). An external sensor head is linked to the main body of the instrument, which incorporates an alphanumeric display of the data.
