EPIC and Hubei Laser Industry Association are mutually motivated in cooperative activities involving technological and commercial advancement in the area of photonics and lasers in particular. The partnership will encourage direct contact and cooperation between the consortiums and its members, exchange of information and contacts, co-host visits of delegates of each consortium’s commercial trade missions and business events. The signature of the MoU took place in conjunction with the 15th Optics Valley of China Optoelectronic Exposition and Forum.
Located in Wuhan Optical Valley of China, the Hubei Laser Industry Association is a non-profit industry organization. It represents more than 400 laser manufacturing organizations in the laser industry value chain, covering the upstream, middle and downstream of the value chain. The aim of the association is to promote international cooperation in the field of laser, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member, implement national policies and decrees, enhance cooperation among member enterprises by integrating project resources, policy resources, information resources and human resources, build laser industry chain and promote the development of laser technology and application.
