Avantes and Tornado Spectral Systems have announced a partnership for the design, manufacture and distribution of a new line of spectrometers.
Under the terms of this cooperation, Tornado will use its signature proprietary technology, the High Throughput Virtual Slit, to design a series of spectrometers that will be manufactured and distributed worldwide by Avantes and its partners and distributors. The High Throughput Virtual Slit is a proprietary technology that enables spectrometers to overcome the traditional trade-off between sensitivity and resolution.
