Newport has introduced a new bench-top optical meter. The compact energy/power measurement tool aims to be a cost effective solution for users who do not need to measure extremely low light levels.
The meter incorporates various filters in order to make the reading more stable. Features include a highly visible colour display, graphing, strip chart display, statistics, data storage via internal memory or USB flash drive, and an analogue output interface. This meter does not have an internal fan to cool the instrument, eliminating vibration associated with other devices.
